Are these DVDs New?
Yes, All of our DVD’s are brand new and factory sealed.
Are the DVDs your selling real or burned copies?
Please know when you make a purchase on our website you will not receive some cheap burned DVD-R(s). We do not sell home made or burned copies ever. All products on our site are Factory pressed and sealed, brand new, they have the barcode and copyright notice. Every set has full artwork and a keepsake case.
Do these Anime DVDs play on USA/Canadian DVD players or do I have to buy a region free player?
Every DVD offered on our site is playable on USA/Canadian DVD players with nothing extra to buy.
What is your return policy?
All Sales are final unless you receive a defective DVD.
If you do receive a defective product please follow these steps.
E-mail us to report the DVD is defective within 5 days of the product arriving and request a RMA#.
(You must have a RMA number before shipping the product back to us.)
You may return any defective products (after receiving an RMA#) for exchange within 14 days from the date the DVD arrived.
Shipping it back to us is the customers responsibility.
Once we receive the defective DVD back we will send you a replacement.
Do you carry “This Anime?”
If you don’t see it we probably don’t have it but let us know what you’re looking for and we may be able to get it added to the site. New titles are added frequently. Please use the “Contact” page to send us a E-Mail.
How much is shipping to the USA and Canada?
Shipping is free for all orders to the USA and Canada.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship our DVD’s to the USA and Canada. However when you order Posters or T-shirts through our site those can be shipped worldwide.
If we see enough interest from international DVD buyers we may start shipping worldwide so if you are a interested overseas buyer please let us know by sending a message to us on our “Contact” page.
Will your DVD’s play in my Blu-ray player?
While some Blu-ray players will also read DVDs, not all do, We can not guarantee that our DVDs will play in your Blu-ray player.
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards, paypal, and money orders.
Why would an item be out of stock when it still appears in stock on your site?
It does not happen often, but once in awhile our inventory will be off on a item. In a case like that we would inform you right away, let you know how long before we get a new shipment of the title (most times in a week or less) and ask if you wish to wait. If not your payment would be refunded right away.
